Stop by a branch and introduce yourself! Or better still, book an appointment in advance so we’re ready to set up your account when you get to the branch.

We want to get to know you. Bring your Social Insurance Number, plus one piece of federal or provincial government-issued photo identification: Ontario photo identification card (such as a driver’s licence), passport, Nexus card, certificate of Canadian citizenship, or Permanent Resident card.*
