Request Money

You can now send a money request through your Moya Mobile App or online banking. It’s an easy way to say “hey, you owe me money” between friends. For businesses, it’s an important tool to streamline payments.

When your contact completes the transfer, the funds will be automatically deposited into your account. You won’t have to log in again to accept their transfer!

How do I set it up?

Online Banking
Go to Transfers > Request Interac e-Transfer. From there, choose a recipient to request money from. Any recipients you previously set up under Interac e-Transfer will be on the list to choose from. Enter your details in the required fields and follow the steps to complete the request.

Mobile App
Go to Interac e-Transfer®Request. From there, choose a recipient to request money from. Any recipients you previously set up under Interac e-Transfer will be on the list to choose from. Enter your details in the required fields and follow the steps to complete the request.

 

Autodeposit

You can now securely receive money transfers without having to log in to online banking or your app. You can choose to register your email address with Interac e-Transfer® to automatically deposit funds for you, making e-Transfers an even simpler and faster way to receive your money.

How do I set it up?

Online Banking
Go to Transfers > Send Interac e-Transfer OR Request Interac e-Transfer > Autodeposit. From there, enter your details in the required fields and follow the steps to complete the set-up.

Mobile App
Go to Settings > Interac e-Transfer®Autodeposit. From there, enter your details in the required fields and follow the steps to complete the set-up.

Once you’re set up and receive an Interac e-Transfer®, it will be automatically deposited to the bank account associated with that email address.
