With the Provincial Government's announcement declaring the State of Emergency and issuing the Stay-at-Home order, we continue to ask members to avoid non-essential visits to our branches.

Effective January 18, 2021, all in-branch services will be appointment only and limited to essential transactions. All other transactions must be completed remotely either over the phone, using an ATM, online banking, or mobile banking.

Essential transactions include:

  • Cash withdrawals over $500
  • Official Cheques (CAD/USD)
  • Certified Cheques
  • Debit card issuance if needed immediately (can be mailed if not in a rush)
  • USD cash transactions that cannot wait
  • Coin orders for businesses

A Note on Passbooks

We want to remind members that we are no longer updating or issuing passbooks. We offer free monthly account statements for seniors that can be mailed to your home. Ask one of our member service representatives how to change your passbook to a free monthly statement.
