Update Your Contact Information

It’s best to keep your contact information current. Please let us know if there have been any changes to your membership information – for example, a change of address or phone number.

You can easily and securely update information through online banking. Please note, this only works through online banking, and not through mobile banking.

How to Update Your Information:

  1. Login to online banking.
  2. Select “Profile and Preferences” on the left menu.
  3. Select “Change Contact Information”.
  4. Enter your updated email, phone number, and/or address.
  5. Specify when the change will take place or leave the current date if it’s already happened.
  6. Specify the best time to contact you to verify you made these changes. If you would not like us to contact you, leave this section blank.
  7. Select “Continue” and a secure message will be sent to our branch.
